This week, across Compass Group UK and Ireland, we are focusing on the vital importance of allergen awareness and management. Our goal is to deepen our collective understanding and reinforce the critical procedures we have in place to keep everyone safe.
Food allergies and dietary requirements are not just items on an order form; they represent real people who trust us with their health and wellbeing every single day. This week, we want to shift our focus towards understanding the individuals behind these requests. It's about appreciating the human element and the potential gravity of the situation – recognising that for someone with a severe allergy, there is genuinely a life at risk.
To support this focus, we will be sharing a series of five videos throughout the week. Each video is designed to enhance our knowledge and sensitivity regarding allergens.
