May See Care Share Monthly Update
In the May See Care Share Update we are focusing on awareness due a a significant number of incidents relating to this. We are re-sharing the safety conversation on Being Mindful when conducting tasks and using equipment, by ensuring we have the right equipment, PPE, knowledge and time to complete the task, we can proactively support in reducing incidents. Our Safety Focus this month is on ensuring all statutory compliance is completed as required utilising the Work Premises: Statutory Compliance Declaration to facilitate this. This month our Take Home Safety Moment is on garden safety, with the optimism that the warmer weather is on its way after a rain filled few months, we want to give you some tips and advice on being safe at home in the garden that you can share with your family and friends.
Please ensure this update is communicated to your front line teams and the Safety Conversation is delivered to all team members, displayed on your notice boards and they sign off a group training record for the safety conversation and display the awareness poster to remind the team, the additional Safety Conversation this month o Statutory Compliance is only for the management teams.
