Welcome to the Central Production Unit (CPU) and Central Production Kitchen (CPK) Food Safety Management (FSMS) Page.

To support CPU and CPK operations, that by their nature, are more aligned to food safety and hygiene manufacturing principles and procedure than catering, we have created a number of operational procedural documents and FSMS templates that are specifically designed for CPUs and CPKs.  These procedures and FSMS templates can be tailored to specific CPU and CPK operations.  We have developed these in consultation with CPU and CPK operational teams, and our Primary Authority Partnership (Luton Borough Council).
